Wes Williams
Founder of C.W. Williams Homes & Neighborhoods

Wes WilliamsWes grew up in Savannah, GA, where he received his diploma from Savannah Christian Preparatory School. He then went on to the University of Georgia and attained his BBA in General Business with an emphasis in Real Estate. Upon finishing college, he went on to work for Coca-Cola United Bottling Co. where he quickly moved up to managing 2 Sales Centers in south Georgia. He left Coca-Cola in 1997 to begin his dream of owning his own home building company. He currently has about 40 homes under construction at all times with an excellent team surrounding him to ensure quality is excellent and continuously improving.

Wes' true calling, however, is to serve the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is an active member of Shirley Hills Baptist Church in Warner Robins, GA, where he is involved in "Walk through Bethlehem," the Bill Glass prison ministries, and assisting in teaching both Sunday school and a weekly men's Bible study. He is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders and has recently received Small Business of the Month from the Warner Robins Area Chamber of Commerce.


Rich Thomas
General Manager

Rich is a graduate from Columbia College with his B.A. in Business Administration. He joined C.W. Williams Homes & Neighborhoods after retiring from the Air National Guard. Rich's varied work background and experience in sheet metal work, aircraft assembly and management positions has made him a perfect fit in our organization. Rich has a wife and three children ranging in age from 10 to 22; they have lived in the Warner Robins Area for the past 10 years. He is very active in his local community and church. Rich enjoys playing and coaching sports as well as doing home improvement projects. He is a member of Shirley Hills Baptist Church.

Lee Holliday
Superintendent

Lee is a lifelong resident of Byron, GA, and a 1992 graduate of Peach Co. High School. An outdoor enthusiast, Lee also enjoys working on arts and crafts, as well as spending time with his wife Sharon and their 3 children, Kaylee, Khory, and Kaden. He is a member of Peachtree Baptist Church in Byron and has been a baseball coach for the Peach Co. Recreation Dept for several years. A former sales rep for Pepsi, Lee is looking forward to the challenges involved with the construction business.
